Let me tell you.. i just did a 14 page reseach paper on fad diets.. and diet pills.. and i have to survey people and research results of certain diets and they do not work! If you watch the commercials it says in fine print.. “results not typical” or “results with diet and exercise” So when you are wasting your money on this pill.. and you are putting in the effort of diet and exercise.. you are actually doing all the work yourself.. not the pill..So do not use these pills they do not work! you do all the work yourself! let me know if you want more information i found alot of good websites and research about fad diets and pills.
you need a healthy diet consisting of fiber, lean protein, fruits, veggies and healthy snacks, combined with cardio and light weight training, works great and worked for me, guarentee it will work for you too. I lost 10 lbs in a months or so by doing that. Make sure you eat enough, figure out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and eat that amount of healthy calories per day, including carbs! carbs give you energy so make sure you eat them
