Yoga For Weight Loss Exercise Video
Is this a good plan to help me lose weight?
Hi I need to lose almost 10 pounds by June 16th if possible. Here is my exercising routine: (the things with the x next to them means they are a maybe for that day, because I might have school)
Sunday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles, wii fit
Monday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles, wii fit (x)
Tuesday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles, wii fit (x)
Wednesday- Rune 2 miles, walk 2 miles, wii fit (x)
Thursday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles, wii fit (x)
Friday- Softball practice, wii fit (x), running and walking (x)
Saturday- Softball game, Yoga polities video
I will also eat very healthy and drink a lot of water. please don’t say I should use weight loss pills
when you exercise you need to let your muscles rest in order to recuperate and build more muscles. i think that you should do this instead:
Sunday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles,
Monday- sit ups, squats, wii fit, wieghts
Tuesday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles,
Wednesday- bike or swim
Thursday- Run 2 miles, walk 2 miles,
Friday- Softball practice,
Saturday- Softball game, Yoga polities video
you might also want to mix it up a little by getting some swimming or biking or other exercises in besides walking and running. when you do that you only use some muscles but when you switch it up you use a variety of muscles.
