tip 1 doesn’t work. anything under 80 degreesmakes me stay up. tip 2 makes me stay up. tip 3 doesn’t apply to me at all.
Caffeine makes me want to go to sleep, not keep me up.
tip 5 doesn’t work, only having actual music works. tip 6 doesn’t apply to me. tip 7 doesn’t work. tip 8 doesn’t work. habing the room dark makes me stay up but put a lighth on. i will go to sleep within 15 minutes. tip 8 doesn’t work at all.
tip 9 doesn’t work at all. tip10 makes me stay up longer.
tip 11 doesn’t apply.
the only things that work for me is having lights on, having caffeine right before i go to sleep, having the radio on, or reading a book.
The only thing that works for me before I go to sleep at night, I jump rope for ten minutes in the patio and when my head hits the pillows I sleep like a dead dog all night.
