Wellness Just For Puppy Treats
Good food “Wellness Core – Just for Puppies”?
I see that Wellness Core – Just for Puppies is listed as a 5 star dog food. Just wondered if anyone has had good luck with it. I’ve been feeding my pug Otis Royal Canin – Puppy 33 with good luck up until now. Some one gave us a sample pack of Wellness Core Super5 Mix and I’ve been using it as treats for his training and he loves it. Training is going great. So I thought I would try this Wellness Core since it’s rated as a better food. I’ve just started feeding him this new food and he goes crazy for it.

I just started with the Wellness -Super5mixJust for Puppies version, but won’t switch to an adult version until about 10 months. I was thinking of switching to the small breed adult version after then.

The Wellness Just for Puppies is a great puppy food. But there is a difference between the Wellness Core brand and the Wellness 5 mix, they are the same company, but different line of foods. Just be sure you are feeing him the puppy version, as Wellness Core’s website specifically states that they Wellness Core line is NOT intended for dogs under one year of age, it’s too high in protein and not nutritionally balanced properly for a puppies growth. But the Wellness Puppy food is great!
I did o much research on dog food when we got our puppy, and we decided to go with Wellness Just for Puppies … unfortunately our puppy wanted nothing to do with it … I have no idea why, but he just wouldn’t eat it … and he is the hungriest dog I have ever seen!
