Wellness Just For Puppy Small Breed
okay to change puppies food?
I’ve only been breeding for two years, and have always been on the same food. I’m changing from performatrin ultra to wellness. I know how to change the food for my adults, but i have 5 week old puppies that are just being weaned. should i leave them on the same food, or is it okay to change their food before they go to their new homes?
the main reason i want to change the little pups is because the kibbles are small, and the old brand they are way too big. will it be too hard on their stomachs to change it now?
No shouldn’t be. Unless a few particular pups have a digestion problem they should be fine. When they go to a new home you can almost guarantee the new owner will feed a new food as well as treats for there new baby.
