My Cat Won’t Stop Meowing?
I just got a cat from the humane society, right when I got her she was pretty vocal. Now she is home, and won’t stop meowing. Food, water, bedding, toys are around, everything is okay. She is spayed. She just went to the vet yesterday for a wellness exam and they said she seems fine. She just walks around the house meowing constantly non-stop, then will stop to sleep on the chair and lick herself, then she’ll walk around even more pacing around meowing, only stopping meowing to let out a yawn every once in a while. Maybe she’s just not used to the new house and new owner or wants something I cant think of. Help, im going crazy.
Hopefully you addressed this problem to the vet. She may be used to being outside. She may want more attention from you. She may have lived with other cats before and is calling for them. Don’t forget she came from the humane society so her routine has been changed, so I think she probably needs time to adjust. But I would address it to the vet just in case. Good luck.
