What is a good way to formulate the following reason for leaving a job?
I have a bit of a dilemma,i have recently quit a technical call centre job.i was a seasoned employee with 7 yrs experience under my belt.The company has recently downsized,wages were reduced over a year ago to what i started at,management pressure was getting to be quite unbearable,understandably turnover of employees results……..
i took 3 weeks leave for stress,before informing them i wouldn’t be coming back.
When faced with the question why did you leave your last job?,what would you say?i have an existing BP issue(on meds for this because of this job),and arthritis….and went to my doctor because i wasn’t feeling well.This same employer has had 3 cases of heart attacks and a stroke with other employees in the past.There is no health and wellness dept or anyone you could get help about it.I am hoping to be honest with any future employer,any suggestions are greatly apprreciated,thanks
If goint into diffrent field you could be honest about it just got to be too much, but if going into same field u def dont want to bring it up. Best bet is to do like the first one said say your looking for other oppurtunities. maybee i felt that i had done all that i could for that job and i am now looking for new and better oppurtunites. NEVER bring up medical conditions they will appreciate your honesty but your resume will never get a second look.
