Health question that I really need help with!?
Hi I am a Resident Care Attendant student right now and I’m stuck on a critical paper called Health and wellness assignment. I am in need of some help……I can’t get the last question for my assignment.

When experiencing cognitive health, one is able to process and act on information, clarify values and beliefs, and make informed decisions.
Q: 1. Explain how you intend to pursue and retain knowledge, think critically about issues, make sound decisions, identify problems and find solutions (ex: common sense, creativity, curiosity)

I am not a highly educated academic type, but i have a lot of experience in life, so here goes…..
To pursue knowledge, I decide what it is I want to learn about. I read a lot of information but prioritize the information by picking out the main points instead of trying to remember all of the details. I write down the things I want to remember to go over later at my leisure.
To think critically about issues, I try to examine them from all sides and consider the pros and cons. Sometimes I will make a list of them to get a visual representation.
To make sound decisions, I weigh what I am thinking of doing against my values and beliefs of what is right and wrong, consider all options and what it will cost me, either financially or otherwise. Is this something that will cause me gain or loss? I can listen to other’s advice but in the end I must decide.
Identify problems….what is it that is holding me back from my main objective? If it is mulitple problems, I only attack one at a time. I always have multiple plans of action in case first plan doesn’t work.
