Wellness Grocery Store
wellness vs performatrin ultra?
I have 2 kittens, 5month old female and 3 month old male. I switched them off the grocery store junk and now they are gaining weight and have healthy coats and they just look healthier. My question is.. they are both on Performatrin wet and dry foods. Is Wellness any better or are they both equally good.
Great that you got them eating healthy food. I haven’t heard o Performatrin until now but looking at the ingredients, it is comparable to Wellness which is what my cats eat. I wouldn’t be afraid to feed it to my cats. One suggestion is to get them completely off the dry food. Cats tend to take in less moisture than they need so the more water you can work into their diets the better. Dry food does not clean cat’s teeth and moisture deficiency can lead to kidney issues in the long run. Here’s a good article on why your cats should be eating a wet diet.
