Wellness Dog Food Recall
my pet food recalled?
Most sites are saying just wet dog and cat food is being recalled, however some people claim different. My cat eats Purina cat chow or special kitty (all dry) and my dogs eat Ol-roy, wellness, and kibble n’ bites ( all are dry). Should i be concerned or worried? My dog has been acting weird and has been getting sick. We are taking her into the vet. I was wondering if maybe the food could be a cause.
As far as I know the wet foods are the only ones that have been recalled, but I wouldn’t hesitate to take my dog to the vet. Better safe then sorry. Bring some of the food you have been feeding
As for the brands you have been feeding Ol’Roy and Special Kitty are two of the worst brands you could ever feed your pets. They are basically crap. It would be like you eating McDonalds every day. They are filled with preservatives and filler. Feeding a low grade food like this can result in obesity, urine crystals, kidney problems, repitory problems etc.
Switch both kitty and doggy over to a better brand such as Nutro or Royal Canin. You will notice an improvement in energy, coat gloss, weight etc.
