Wellness Core Ocean Dog Food
Have you ever used Wellness Core Ocean Formula dog food?
When I went to pick up my dog’s canidae, the check out lady gave me a 4 lb bag of this wellness core food for free. But I don’t know anything about it except what’s on the package, it looks like it’s primarily made of fish. Has anyone used? Could I sprinkle it in with his Canidae to give him some variety?
~ I consider Wellness a much better food than Canidae. Canidae is a great food but Wellness is better. I love all of the Wellness variety, fish is great if your dog has any allergies. The ingredients are much better. The store we go to when we buy Innova will give us free bags to allow us to try different brands with our dogs. I personally would not mix the two foods. Rather let your dog finish the Canidae, then towards the end of the bag use some Canidae to slowly introduce your dog to Wellness. Give 3-4 days to switch since both foods are rich you don’t need a long adjustment period. Then see if your dog prefers Wellness over Canidae. If nothing else you could use Wellness in rotation with Canidae to give your dog some change.
