DOES ZUMBA DVD SET HELP WEIGHT LOSS? HELP PLEASE VERY INTERESTED?
SO I AM VERY INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ZUMBA. I PURCHASED P90X BUT I ONLY DID IT FOR 2 WEEKS. I GOT SUPER BORED WITH IT AND LOOKED AT IT AS JUST BEING WORK. I AM THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT HATES EXERCISE; ESP DOING IT ALONE. I LOVE TO DANCE AND SINCE ZUMBA IS ABOUT DANCING AND LEARNING, ITS DEFINITELY SOMETHING I CAN DO ON MY OWN. IF YOU HAVE USED ZUMBA AND LOST WEIGHT, PLEASE SHARE YOUR STORY WITH ME! I JUST WANT TO FIND SOMETHING WHERE I CAN EAT WHAT I WANT, EVEN IF IT MEANS SMALLER PORTIONS, AND BE ABLE TO DO A WORK OUT I CAN ENJOY.
I have lost 21 lbs and inches all over my body since January doing Zumba DVD’s (first the Total Body Transformation set and now Zumba Exhilarate) 5-6 times a week. I love Zumba. It’s the only workout program I have tried that has kept me interested enough to keep at it. Zumba is fun to do, it combines dance moves with cardio exercise moves and that makes it a fun workout. I, too, am the type of person that prefers exercising in the comfort of my own home. I like to workout on my schedule, not a class schedule. I highly recommend Zumba.
