Is this good enough cardio?(:?
I’m trying to lose 10 lbs and just tone up a bit… I know you have to do cardio and resistance training and watch what you eat. I found a really convinient way to do cardio, its the dance workout by golds gym for the wii. I love it! Iburn so many calories in so little time. Its similar to Zumba(: if I do this everyday when will I start seeing results?
any other weight loss tips appreciated.

You will see results, in a couple of weeks most likely, but not as quickly as you would if you added other activities to your workout.
I mean, it’s really awesome that you find it so fun and helpful. (: But try adding on other exercises too and you’ll get a lot more accomplished.
