What are some good yoga poses for,,,?

i asked for yoga poses that will ALIGN MY BONES in a straight shape.. not pills and weight loss..
for aligning your spine and waist

your legs.. your bones tend to shift out of place throughout your living style

and i need a strong back for standing for a long time im going to be a baker

so i need a strong waist and stomach to hold me up good

so what are some yoga poses that will help my back??

Any core strengthening positions will be good. Cobra, locust, and floor bow are some good back strengtheners (be careful if you have lower spine injuries). Plank pose is awesome for the abs. Stick pose and standing bow pose (aka dancer’s pose) are great for balance and work your core and back.

If you really want a challenge, try vinyasa/power yoga. It’s a great full-body workout. =)
