Question on modelling and weight loss?
I am thinnish but not THIN ENOUGH for modelling evidently! I went to an agency and they said that they would sign me if i lost 5-6 kg. I would like to know if there are any models on Yahoo Answers who can give me some tips for losing weight when u are already thin or normal-just not overweight?
Its not as easy as I thought it would be. No stupid answers please and no promotions that people keep posting. Thanks.
im a guy and i was in a similar situation. i was 160, which was already pretty slim, and i wanted to get to 150, which is a lot more cut. i was already working out 4 times a week and eating pretty lean. so i stepped up my runs from 4 miles to 5 miles.
if you are not eating healthy, that will be the biggest difference. substitute fruits for chips/cookies. i find that a turkey sandwich with no cheese and some lettuce in between whole grain bread is a good, nutritious meal. i also have egg whites (no fat or cholesterol) and an apple/grapes.
if you are drinking sodas or juices, switch them out for water. and no alcohol binge drinking
