Healthy Weight Loss? 10 pounds in 60 days healthy?
I have been fighting my weight ever since the birth of my daughter a year and a half ago. About 3 months ago I got pretty serious about winning the war and altered by diet and did a full 90 days of p90x. I feel much better and dropped two sizes, but I really only dropped 12lbs (I was really hoping to lose about double that). I am maintaining my altered diet and have just started Insanity; a different work out program. Is losing 10 lbs in 60 days realistic or I should I alter my expectations. I am not interested in any fade diets, weight loss pills, or other gimmicky items. I am 5’3″ inches tall and currently weigh 141 lbs.
