Weight Loss Walk

whats better weight loss. jog/walk for an hour and not sweat/lose energy. or sprint/jog 10minutes, exhausation?
so, you jog / walk for an hour. from 7pm to 8pm at night. you don’t sweat, or lose energy, and muscles don’t hurt.
or you sprint till you have to slow down, than you walk / jog, and than sprint again till you have to walk / jog. repeat this about 8 times. *roughly 10+minutes* during the morning. at about either 6am. or 10am.
P.S. i once lost 6kg *83kg to 77kg* by doing the jog / walk, for an hour. but since the flooding in my town i stopped, and i went back up to 83kg.
but will i lose weight faster than that, if i look out what i eat *wake up, have shower, sprint / jog till exhausted. jog / walk home. eat breakfast. go on about day, eat lunch and eat dinner*
Both – mix it up. One or the other probably won’t work.
