Anyone tried Sweats vests for weight loss? Does sweating even make you lose weight?
I don’t know if everyone has heard of them but basically they are meant to make you sweat more and therefore lose more weight. Obviously, you would lose water weight but would they actually aid fat loss?

It does not help you lose any weight at all. Only fluid which you must make up quickly anyway.
