Weight Loss Vegetarians
more weight loss-which vegetarian diet is best?
I know there are different kinds of vegetarians – which kind has the most weight loss? and is it a good idea to take vitamins while doing so? I am thinking of going some kind of vegan and want to lose the most weight; although I don’t do tofu or soy. thanks

if you cant keep your hands off white bread, biscuits, icecream, chocolate bars…go vegan. since they all contain milk/egg/honey/etc you will feel compelled to not buy them and snack mindlessly.
however you can avoid all junk food…some chips are still vegan. so in this case you will just have to use your determination to avoid all junk food and go fresh food as much as possible.
for me, my favourite junk food is popcorn lightly salted&sugared. though its junk, its still healthier than chips. also, i love peanuts…i cant keep my hands off them, so if i can i will buy them in small packs, just one pack each time, replenishing the next time i go there. this will help me to limit myself and not binge on peanuts since they are high in fat and heaty if i have them too much.
eat more veggies, and try to incorporate soup/broth with your meal…they make you feel fuller thus eating lesser.
