Can you please create a plan for me to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks?

Hi,
I have about 6 weeks (40 days) until school starts (August 31st) for me. I want to lose about 15 pounds before than. Could you please create a plan for me to lose that much, including an eating plan (I’m a vegetarian and Indian), and an exercise plan (including calories, etc.)

I currently have:

A Treadmill with the I-Fit Level One Weight Loss Chip
An Exercise Bike
The Red Machine
The AB Rocket
The AB Lounge

I would like to use Diet & Exercise to lose weight. I don’t however want to use Acai or diet pills. Thank You! And no rude answers please…

u have the equipment, but i think
that what you need is motivation

just start by exercising everyday
in the morning
and again at nite
the treadmill should me good enough

you should also quit flour…like bread, and pastas
