Weight loss plans?

I’m 12years old and I want to trim down and tone up (please don’t say I’m too young or anything) before seventh grade. Right now I’m trying portion control (does this or calorie measuring work better). I want to eat healthier but I don’t know of any good, healthy foods. I also want to exercise; here’s what I have to work with: hula hoop, firm bouncy ball, tredmill, oliptical, punching bad, automatic stair stepper, a jump rope, and some weight machines. If someone can make me a routine or something? Also, how can I lose weight and about how long will it take to see and feel results? How long will it take to tone up if I have a little bit of belly fat and a teensy weensy bit chubby. I’d mainly like to trim and tone my stomach w/out looking like a man. Thanks for your help! :)

The most important natural product which you need to drink for a natural weight loss program is water. Water helps in losing extra weight by flushing out toxins and by increasing tone and contraction of your muscles during exercise. Water should be your best friend if you want to lose weight.
