How long until I see results from working out?
I started running about a week ago at the gym and I know I won’t have super fast results but I was wondering if anyone had an idea of when I might see the change. I weigh 160 and I would like to drop at least 30lbs. I run at the gym every day for 45 min. I watch what I eat, but I’m not starving myself and I am going to include some weight lifting etc. pretty soon. If I do this for at least a month, will I see some sort of change? I know everyone is different and I’m not expecting to lose 30lbs in a month, but it would be rewarding and motivating to see some weight loss. If there is anything else I should be doing to help things along, please let me know…thanks!
Yes you will! You will probably lose 5-10 pounds and you will notice an improvement in your endurance and athleticism.
