I need QUICK weight loss tips!?!??HELP!?
I am in a wedding party in less than one month. I sized the bridesmaid dress in the summer, and when I put it on now, months later, it does not fit! i have less than one month.. any tips?
I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing the Atkins diet = no carbs! It’s rough at first because you are tired and it messes with your bowels alittle, but if you can get past the 1st week you will drop weight very quickly. Your energy levels will also go way up. You can look it up online to see exactly what you should eat. The bad part is you will probably gain it all back when you quit the diet, but it is the quickest way to lose weight. Right now I am on a simple 1700 calorie diet to lose weight that will stay off and I have lost 7 lbs in a week, but have slowed down now in my second week.
