weight loss for woman?

i’m a young female who is looking to lose 30+ pounds in a matter of months… what is a good weight loss pill that will do most of the work for me, i’m willing to eat well and excersize when i can. ( i work at a hospital with 12 hour shifts so excersize isn’t something that is easily working in )….
i’m kinda looking for a pill that will work with just a change in diet…

I’m in a weight program put on by a local doctor. They supply us with a appetite suppressant and a carb guide. I’m only allowed to have 30 carbs and 1200 calories a day plus 8-10 glasses of water. Lots of protein. Three small meals two healthy snacks and they ask us to exercise 3-5 times per week which is hard to do being a college student with a partime job, but so far I’ve lost inches and around 16 pounds but I also haven’t followed the diet as I should. Ask your doctor if he or she does anything like this or maybe if they can help that away you don’t take a chance at gaining it all back.
