Weight Loss Menus 1200 Calories



healthy weight; maintaining???? Exercise HELP!?

I am 5’5 1/2″ tall and weigh about 128.. is that healthy … I eat around 1200 calories *my RMR was checked and it’s 1180*

I do 20 minutes of cardio now. 2 days on 1 off so forth and so on.

Menu usually include:
B-Oatmeal/toast =300-400
L- whatever I prefer/ sometimes a fresh day full of fruit and soymilk/or sandwich of some sort=300-350
D- always different… 250-450
S-80-150 vary between yogurt.. fruit… low cal snacks…

I equal calories between 1100-1200

Do you think this is a maintaining thing or should I reduce cals add exercise… I am just trying to maintain. But not overwhelm myself so much anymore. I was dieting … and loss a good amount of weight.
I have been up and down with a eating disorder. *getting help* anyway just trying to maintain and eat healthy to maintain. But not sure if Im eating to much.

You’re not eating enough…

RMR is 1800. that means that if you sit and do nothing all day, you’ll burn 1800 calories..but during the day you’re walking and doing this and that..plus exercising..so you need to eat atleast 200 more calories..as a minumum and your weight should maintain.
