Weight Loss Men Over 50
Obese man losing weight and im not trying anymore is this bad?
I am a 25 year old man and on 3/9 I weighed 448 lbs. I now on 7/25 weigh 397 lbs. I will admit prior to this I ate horribly, I ate fast food probably 3-4 times a day and whole meals usually. From march to the beginning of June I cut out alot of bad things for me and lost weight like crazy I have slowed down now but I have still lost 2 lbs in one week and It started with me being really scared about my health I though I had esophageal cancer although a test would later reveal I do not I got really scared and for a long time was very anxious and didnt eat a whole lot. I am worried that me losing 50 lbs in 4 months may be a symptom of something really bad. I have had a chest,abdominal and pelvic CT scan all revealed nothing 3 chest xrays and saw an ent because I have had some blood in my mucus every Dr. says they see nothing wrong. I want to relax and be happy about the weight loss but am full of fear over something more serious…. Please Help!
