Weight Loss Medicine For Kids
Weight loss medication?
My doctor has me on a weight loss medication that has a possible side effect of insomnia, and I was wondering, how does one combat insomnia if they should happen to have that side effect? I have lost 30 pounds in the past two months and I haven’t been able to sleep well, I can’t sleep til 4 or 5 am and then I have to get up with my kids between 7 and 7:30 am and I take the medicine at that time, and then go back to sleep for like 2 or three hours. Any suggestions? Other than stop taking the medicine
