Weight Loss Meal Replacements
Whey protein as a meal replacement for weight loss?
If i drink 3 whey protein shakes a day ( 1 for breakfast lunch and dinner) drink lots of water, and only eat salad and trail mix would this help me lose weight? Im 214 and want to be under 200. I am also doing about 30 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week. Thank you 
you will lose weight like crazy but you will be lacking in many other nutrients including fiber…. this means you cn end up feeling sick, less energized, weak… get colds and or get constipated.
One meal or just before gym is okay. but its better to make a lifestyle change so youre steady instead of losing heaps and putting it back on
