Weight Loss Meal Replacement Reviews
How good is the Apex meal replacement?
I have am trying to loose weight and I am exploring my options on supplements that will help “boost” my loss. My gym carries Apex, both in the bars and the shake meal replacements. I am guessing this is a fairly new product because I cannot find any reviews on it. Any comments or concerns are welcome! =]
The reason I feel I would need something like this is that I know diets do not work for me. I love food too much and I need something that will make me feel full so I wont want to snack all day. Plus I am a full time mother/wife/college student so I need something quick and easy for meals around lunch time.

A lot of the sites seem to be rated ‘poor reputation’
None of that answers your question anf there does not appear to be an answer online. One ‘review’ is on an advertising site (‘poor reputation’ again), so that doesn’t count All the 24 hour fitness gyms will carry the supplements. Part of the same organisation. Pretty smart operation!
Meal replacements can be used with some succes. If you do try the products you had better write an honest review.
