Weight Loss Kids Florida
Weight loss?? Any advice??
HI! About I need to lose 10 lbs. Already I excersize no less then 30 minutes a day, I walk about 1 mile Also or more a day pushing a double stroller w / 2 30 lb kids in it. I watch what I eat but i still can not Lose This 10 lbs. I recently quit smoking and I am thinking That May Play a role in it. I take Lexapro so I Have to Be Careful w / diet pills. Does anyone Have Any advice on what else I Could? I am going to Florida in about 3 weeks and just want to look nice in my suit. Thanks!
Beside the normal diet and Exercise, I Would Suggest the Fat Flush Plan book. Sounds gross, But it works amazingly. Black Ice Can also try diet pills … Also amazing, But Maybe Not with Lexapro?
