Weight Loss Jump Start Pills
Weight loss, not a healthy eater, starting to exercise?
Ok i want to lose around 25 lbs. I weigh roughly 160 now. I just recently had a baby on April 17. Please spare me the “you should just take it slow crap” “sleep when the baby sleeps” because he was still born (sorry for the rant, but people who know about our situation have actually said those things to me.) Which leads to the next part, yeah I don’t eat healty. I mean I eat healthy foods, but I only eat about one meal a day. I just started exercising, doing 10 minutes of cardio a day, and walking with my older son! What can I do to jump start my metabolism with out taking pills? We are going on a beach vacation in late October and I want to have energy again! Please help
Whole grains are the superstars of weight loss. They take a long time to digest so you stay fuller longer and your blood sugar won’t spike which will prevent food cravings. Oatmeal in A.M., then brown rice as a side dish for lunch.
Eggs are also excellent for weight loss ( I just found this out). Has to do with the metabolism of protein.
EDIT: I forgot to tell you…Have a level
tbs. of peanut butter after workouts- good for muscles.
These foods will give you the energy you crave.
