Weight Loss Juice Fasting 5 Days
weight loss help please?
im really self conscious about my weight..like really. im 14 years young, 5′ 4″, and weigh about 175 pounds. i would like to be at least 120 pounds. im looking to lose a lot of weight FAST. no pills. nothing like weight watchers or nuitrisystem.
i know im going to have to drink a lot of water and eat healthy and exercise, but how much exercise and what exactly to eat? i was thinking of doing this:
-drink 15 cups of water a day
-eat breakfast everyday (a healthy cereal with skim or low fat/fat free milk)
-eat lunch everyday (salad with a little)
-eat dinner everyday (whatever it is my mom makes that day, always something healthy)
-no soda or juice
-no junk food
-exercise 5 times a week 15 minutes a day 4 times a day (stationary bike, moderate speed)
will this work?
if so how much will i lose in a week?

It’s great that u wanta get healthy! What I did was cut out all foods like chips, cookies, goldfish, pretty much anything from a bag
it’s really important to still get proper nuitrition like protein calcium etc…
as for fitness wii fit is fun 
and biking is rele great or if it’s winter offer to shovel the driveway-burns tonsa cals and maybe ull get paid too!!!
