Weight Loss In A Week Tips
How to lose weight in a week?
I really do not care about how unhealthy it is to lose weight that fast because I am only going to do it for a week- I just need some good fast acting weight loss tips. Please! 
only eat protein based foods
drink hot water with lemon juice first thing every morning
drink as much water as possible
drinl slim fast tea
crunches squats walking and jogging for as long as possible will help you loose weight
dont eat any carbs
dont eat any sugars at all not even from fruit
hula hooping is good if you have one
no diet sodas at all
eat 5 almonds with every meal
this should help you loose wieght but you should fallow this regimen for two weeks instead of only one
