where can i find a great support group for weight loss?
i would love to have a support group that i could be a part of. i’m starting to exercise and i want info, recipes, and people that are trying to lose weight with diet and exercise. i’m just starting and need to stay motivated. can someone recommend groups?
I totally recommend Weight Watchers. I started about a month ago. I am 20 years old and there were actually people there my age. The plans are incredibly easy to follow and the people there are struggling with the same weight issues as you. They also have an online program with recipes and all sorts of supportive stories. The Fast Food guide is a Godsend. Hope this helps.
