Weight Loss Green Tea Tablets
help with weight loss please.?
please can anyone help with my weight loss. i am trying so hard and getting nowhere, i have my 5 a day, 40 mins plus of step aerobics and exercise minimum 3 meals a day low fat diet lots of veg all steamed.. no choc sweets or pastry. i have no caffine i drink green tea, ginger and lemon tea or water mainly. am also try acai tablets 500g 3 times a day. and i am not loosing any weight i feel healthier. been trying for 2 months now been to doctors who only ever seem happy to say ur fat! but no solution. he did blood tests no obvious reason. i think he thinks its my fault but i am trying so hard to change the way i am but to no avail so far i am 35 female, just had a baby 5 mnths ago just wish i knew why its so hard.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
