Weight Loss Green Tea Capsules
Incapable of losing weight?
Between May and September 2009 I lost almost 2 stone in weight, through eating less and exercising more (walking and cycling). Then, my weight loss stopped. I put this down to a dieting plateau.
Since then, I think I’ve tried everything. I’ve cut out all junk food from my diet, eating 1000-1500kcal a day, I tried mixing up what I ate each day (for example, 1000kcal one day, 1200kcal the next, 1000kcal again, 1400kcal..), I don’t drink fizzy drinks but plenty of water, I take green tea capsules (bit of a whim really, don’t notice any difference) and I’ve been going to the gym almost every day for 2 months. I realise that going to the gym will have built muscle, but surely something isn’t right? I mean, a plateau can’t really last this long, can it?
I’m 140lb and 5’4lb. I know I’m within a healthy weight range but I’m just not entirely happy.
Because you are at a healthy weight range, your body is resisting any more loss. Anything below 1400 calories a day makes the body thing that it is in a crisis and it saves up its’ fat.
