Weight Loss Girdle Diet
Fast weight loss ideas HELP!!?
I’m a brides maid in my friends wedding which is on new years eve like anyone else I put on holiday weight and no longer fit in my dress it’s too late to take it to get altered any suggestions? Would getting a girdle help? What if I were to start a crash diet after Christmas cutting out almost all meals essentially.
Girl run 1-2 hours a day so 25 sit ups every day (you’ll be sore but it works) take it from me, a mother of 3 only 22 and wear a size 7 in a dress. drink water instead of sodas, a glass of 2% milk a day, eat grape fruits once a day or buy the grape fruit juice (don’t add nothing to the grape fruit) and eat 3 portioned out meals a day, and for snacks eat fruits. basically don’t go over 1200 calories a day. just run and do crunches every day even the day before the wedding. hope it works and good luck!!!!!
