Weight loss!?
I’m 13. Weigh appx. 160 lbs! Doctor says thats fine, considering i’m 5’6. However i have stretch marks on my thighs ! 
it’s pretty embarrasing, im very active though. I play soccer and basketball, have practices 4 times a week, and 2 games a week. Tips to burn this fat?!
Stretch marks are a byproduct of rapid growth. No exercise is going to make them disappear, only time.
It sounds like your activity level is just fine, and dieting is not a good option when you are a growing teen.
Just concentrate on keeping active and eating healthy. Try not to worry I’m sure that most people don’t notice the marks. It is pretty common that we see our flaws more so than others do.
