Hi, Im 21 years of age and I have PCOS. I’m insulin resistant and my symptoms are acne & hair loss.. I would love to lose 10 pounds this year. I’ve been on a diet for over a year but I cheat a lot which is why I haven’t lost any weight..! Just wondering if there are any other women who are trying to cope with PCOS and finding it sooo difficult.. like me… We can keep each other motivated.. talk about diet and exercise and medication.. etc.. it will help keep us on track.
