Will this weight loss plan work for a obese teenage girl?
I need to lose 45lbs in 4 months. I just started eating a healthy diet containing lots of vegetables and taking Phendimetrazine I am also starting to train in boxing very soon (which will be 4xs a week) and I drink plenty of water and I am also 60lbs overweight. I think you may lose weight but there are side effects to taking drugs. Why don’t you try something natural? I can recommend something natural and it doesn’t cost a lot of money either, but is working very well for me. It is blackstrap molasses, and you can buy it at a health food store (regular molasses is not the same).
