What is a good weight loss plan that works fast?

Ok I’m a 19 year old male, about 5′ 5” and 190 pounds. I want to lose weight even if it not really fast, but the faster the better. i have fat in my stomach, thighs, and chest. i need a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid, besides fruits and veggies which i already eat. I also need an exercise plan to go with it. I wont have a problem sticking to it either. Thanks for your help.

All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal, write it down, and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream.
