Weight Loss Fat Farms
workout for weight loss?
I am 15 years old and live on a 700 acre dairy farm, so I have to be stout and able to lift things. I’ve always been stout and heavy set. But lately, now that I’m in high school, I’ve realized I need to lose weight. I’m very short (only five foot) and I weigh about 180 pounds. I’m not “fat fat” because I look like I weigh 130 or 140. Muscle is most of my weight, but I have too much fat around my hips, thighs, and lower stomach. I’ve had a knee replacement, so running is automatically out of the question.
At one time, I worked out everyday and got down to 140 pounds. Then I had my knee replacement and I haven’t been the same. I also had my gallbladder removed, practically eliminating my metabolism. I eat healthy for the most part, but need help deciding how to go about losing weight again (besides running).
Please don’t leave any stupid comments like “stop eating” or “dang you’re fat”- yes I am well aware of this thank you.
Drink water.
Brisk walk if you can.
As long as you sweat.
Eat fruits and veggies.
It’s best if you work out during warm time of the day.
