Weight Loss Fat Farms And Resorts
Fat farm weight loss boot camp?
I am interested to know what any ones views are on boot camp. I am researching boot camps and luxury weight loss resorts in order to write an article. I have attended three camps thus far. All very different in their approach. I have lost over 15lbs at these places.
I would view them in general with some suspicion (as I do much of the dieting industry) as targeting vulnerable people and making claims that are difficult to verify. It is possible that some may work, but if losing weight was as simple as an easily taught secret that can be learned in a week or weekend, then obesity would not be such an epidemic.
