Weight Loss Extra Skin Exercise

Questions about weight loss excess skin and exercising…?
I am a 22 year old female who is 5′ 10″ tall and I weigh 200 lbs. I gained a lot of weight in my childhood and teens by 16 I was 263 lbs. When I was 20 I got fed up with being so fat and basically starved myself down to 190 lbs. I have maintained my weight at 200 lbs for the last 2 years. I know what I did was not a healthy way to lose weight. I am still overweight and would like to get down to 140-150 lbs. I am kind of tall so I don’t want to weigh like 120 lbs I don’t think that would be reasonable. I want to lose the last 50-60 lbs in a healthy way; I’m thinking either Weight Watchers, counting carbs/portion control w/ exercising. Basically, my question is when I get to my goal weight will I have excess skin??? I want to lose the extra weight slowly and gradually so hopefully I won’t have to deal w/ excess skin. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Excess skin is only caused when weight loss is achieved quickly and un-healthily. If it is slow and gradual, AND it is done through healthy means (i.e. exercise and diet) then this should not be a problem. That is because skin on a body is similar to a rubber band. It will stretch and form with the size of your body, but it’s elasticity will be lost if there is a sudden change. (It will never be “lost”, it will just take more time to form). Something that may also concern you is stretch marks. Those may form, and they are different for every person. If you see them forming, they are usually not very attractive and can be easily solved by creams found in your local drug store.
