weight loss tips post gastric bypass?

I am two years out of gastric bypass RNY, I was 400 pounds on my surgery day and today I weight 260, at my smallest i was 230. I have not stretched my stomach back out, I still eat the small portions and I cannot have high fat/sugar bc of dumping syndrome. But I have been at a complete loss to lose all my excess weight. I still have 80 or 90 pounds to go, but i am gaining and i don’t understand why. I have a personal trainer, I eat very little, it’s all tracked by myself and my trainer, and I go to the gym 3-6x a week depending on my work schedule. I just don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone out there can help me it would be so greatly appreciated. I know that at least 30 lbs is all excess skin from losing 150 pounds but that still leaves a good 60-70 pounds

See if you can find somewhere to have your metabolic rate tested. Maybe you are eating too little! The other thing is, your body will find a “set point” that might be different than the magic number you have in your head. (I know mine did.) Have you varied your workout? How much of your weight is muscle? Have you been doing any measurements? Muscle is denser than fat, so you might be building muscle while burning fat and it’s showing up as excess weight. So, you could be shrinking in size while your scale goes up.
