Weight Loss Encouragement Words
I just want to give up. Does anyone have any words of encouragement?
Since the 21st of this month Ive been walking in the morning, 30 minutes on my lunch break and after dinner I take a walk around my block. I also do light weights every other day. But I already want to give up. I feel like I’ll never reach my goal of weight loss. I watch what I eat and never keep unhealthy snacks in the house. By Winter I want to slim down. I’m 5-5 and I weight 186. Any words of encouragement?
Hey there, hang in there, you are only facing a little hurdle!!! Totally normal!!! Ask yourself if you are not pushing your limits? Maybe you should slow down a bit or at least take a day off and indulge yourself!! There is nothing good in pursuing a punishing regimen because you will burn out and that’ ll be the end of it:!
So, follow my tip, DROP your regimen for one day, you will feel much better for it and the next day you can embark on your little diet and fitness trip again!
