Weight Loss Encouragement Exercise
Pleeease help with weight loss?
Alrighty, I lost about 7 lbs last month and it went pretty good, but now it’s not working out to well, and I could use some help. I used to exercise everyday using the exercise bike, total gym etc. But it has just become such a drag, and I don’t do it anymore. I spend the time I get home from school till I go to bed, doing homework and when I have free time I just play my 360. I think I need extra encouragement, any help?
Ps. I have been eating pretty healthy, I only take soup or subs for lunch at school and I only drink milk water or juice, and I usually take a viteman in the morning.
Exercise is just as crucial as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There’s lots of good guidance for exercise on the site in the box below. I lost 6 pounds by doing as they advised.
