I have heard that Alli works, but I’ve never used it. If your diet contains a lot of fatty foods you will be going to the bathroom a lot. Hence it gives you motivation to eating healthy. Make sure though that you check with your doctor to make sure there isn’t anything that will harm you.
P.S. on every weight loss bottle I have ever seen it does state that diet and exercise is needed. Doesn’t say how much, but it does say it.
