Are there any good weight loss over the counter meds? I need to drop some pounds quickly!?
I’m going away in 2 months and I need to drop weight quickly. I’m dieting and exercising but it’s not going quick enough. Are there any over the counter meds/supplements that anyone has used with success? Thanks for your help!
there is no such thing as a quick fix, god, knows ive tried them all, the best way to loose weight and to keep it off, is by doing it slowly, for me weight watchers has worked well along with exercise, i joined on jan 3 and ive already lost 13 lbs, and still going strong. its a easy program, which allows you all the foods you know and love in perfect portion control ,and it teaches you to make smnart food decisions
