Weight Loss Drinks For Women
Are Recovery drinks for Women? (p90x)?
I started the p90x program but I am wondering if it is ok to take the recovery drink if I am just looking for lean muscle gain and weight loss.
The ingredients are a lot of vitamins, protein, carbs, and
L-Arginine – 700mg
L-Glutamine – 500 mg
Creatine Monohydrate – 500mg
I am worried more about the creatine, since I heard it makes you look buff and I don’t want to gain too much muscle. Is there an alternative or should I continue taking it?
The amount of creatine is not that high compared to other brands. Creatine is more to help with muscle endurance. The rule for Lean muscle go for 12-15 reps where you feel the burn in the last 3 reps.
